Documentation specialists for finance close teams

AICloudBase grew out of late nights spent rebuilding binders that should have been ready before the auditors arrived.

We work with finance departments across Greater Taipei and beyond that need audit documentation organized with the same seriousness as the numbers themselves. Our focus is narrow on purpose: working papers, evidence packs, and readiness reviews — not audit opinions, not tax filings, not software product pitches.

Origin

The practice began when a group of former finance and internal-review professionals kept receiving the same call: “Fieldwork starts Monday and our schedules are still in drafts.” We formalized AICloudBase to answer that call with a repeatable engagement model based in Panchiao, Taiwan.

How we work

Every engagement starts from your auditor’s request list and your close calendar. We assign an engagement lead, map owners inside your team, and draft schedules with source references and review trails. Cloud folders hold the living files; printed or PDF binders are packaged when your process requires them.

People

Our specialists have spent years inside period-end closes — as preparers, reviewers, and coordinators who sat across from external auditors. That experience shapes how we write account analyses and how we push back, politely, when a schedule is not yet evidence.

Values

  • Clarity over volume — fewer pages, stronger references.
  • Honesty about scope — we document; management still owns the statements.
  • Respect for local close rhythms — Taiwanese reporting calendars and bilingual evidence when needed.
  • Calm handoffs — freeze dates beat last-minute heroics.
