Day rate from NT$22,000, or a scoped pack fee once we count control samples. Larger cycles (revenue, inventory) sit at the higher end.
Multi-entity documentation alignment
Alignment workshop from NT$45,000, then per-entity migration quoted after the pilot. Holding companies with uneven templates should budget a discovery pass first.
Pre-audit readiness review
Fixed short engagements from NT$65,000, usually five to eight working days. Best booked when a draft binder already exists.
